That bread looks professionally made - maybe you should open a bakery :) Hey, my husband can sell his homemade bagels......there is nothing quite like homemade!!!
I usually end up baking bread at night. I always cut a hot slice off when it comes out of the oven but then I let the bread sit out over night. It hardens up a lot over night and then I cut it in the morning with a bread knife and put it in the bread bags. I'm not sure this is the best way to "take care of" bread but it sure makes for even slices.
Not bad for only the eleventh of the month!

ReplyDeleteThere is nothing quite like homemade! I'd need a REALLY really REALLY good partner to open an anything. I'm pretty scatter brained (or a lot).
